So as you realize by now, I'm a fan of free food events. If you don't know me, you'd probably think I'm a greedy pig or something but actually, I usually eat very healthy so these events are the only times that I misbehave.
Four reasons why I love events with free food at Brandeis:
-They are so much fun and interesting. You can eat and learn something new, whether it is another culture, some political debate, an arts exhibition etc.
-A great opportunity to meet new people from other background and clubs
-Catch up with friends (easier to catch them at these events than in class)
-And of course, the free food. "Food is no fun when it's not free" He he...
The funny thing is, everytime I go to these events, I see the same familiar faces so we became really good friends. Whenever I need to talk to one of them, I don't have to call or email, I can just show up at whatever event there is that day, chances are they'd be there. Goodbye, my beloved free food buddies! I will miss you ;-)
